Inspirations at the National Constitution Center
We're teaming up with the Nation Constitution Center! We'll be building their new online presence in the upcoming months, so we all took a trip to their headquarters on Independence Mall to learn a bit more about our nation, its history, and the exhibitions themselves. Here are some of the things that inspired us.
We assessed their interactive technology. Our team of crack experts appraise a kiosk in the lobby.
We played American history quizzo hopscotch.
Studio Director Rebecca Sherman channels her inner child.
We explored the high tech experiences...
(Left) "The Tree" is a ceiling-high interactive where users can learn about important American figures; new faces are added every year. (Right) Our colleague Cathy Lawrence takes the oath of office, projected onto the screen above.
And the low.
(Left) A thoughts wall where people use post-its to interact. (Right) Our Associate Producer Rebecca Smith attempts to put artifacts in chronological order, a difficult task.
Finally, we signed out.
Walking among the founding fathers('s statues) and adding our names to the constitution.
